Q/01When does VoltArk ship?
We're in the final stage of engineering validation, with pre-orders expected to open in Q2 2026. Waitlist members get notified 72 hours early and receive an exclusive launch discount.
Q/02Can it charge a 16″ MacBook Pro at full speed?
Yes. Used on their own, USB-C1 and USB-C2 each output 140W PD — enough to fully match the 16″ MacBook Pro's 140W adapter.
Q/03With seven devices plugged in, how much power does each get?
VoltArk allocates power dynamically. In a typical mix (laptop + phone + tablet + four small devices), the laptop keeps charging at high power while the rest share what they need. A full allocation table will be published at launch.
Q/04How many countries do these four plugs cover?
US (Type A), EU (Type C), UK (Type G) and AU (Type I) together cover 150+ countries and regions — virtually every major destination.
Q/05Can I check it or carry it on a flight?
VoltArk has no built-in battery — it's a charging adapter, so you can check it or carry it on freely. Always confirm the rules for your specific country and airline before flying.
Q/06Which fast-charging protocols are supported?
USB-PD 3.1 (including EPR), PPS, QC 4+, Apple 2.4A and other major protocols are all supported — compatible with Apple, Samsung, Google, Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO and more.
